• The International Snow Sculpture Festival, organized by the Tourist Board of San Candido/Innichen, will take place from 1st to 4th February 2026 in San Candido/Innichen.

• The competition is open to groups of a maximum of three adults.

• The costs of board and lodging for a maximum of three persons per group from 1st February until breakfast on 5th February will be covered by the organizers. Any extras (bar, telephone, etc.) are not reimbursed.

• Audience prize: tourists and local residents of San Candido/Innichen will vote for the most beautiful sculptures. The three groups receiving the most votes will be awarded material prizes.

• Travel expense reimbursement: all participating groups will receive 0.20?€ per km from their place of origin. The maximum reimbursement per group is 260€ (Europe) or 520€ (other continents).

• The sculptures must be made of snow, ice, and water. The organizers will provide each group with the following tools: 2 spades, 1 ladder, 1 bucket, and 1 pickaxe. Electrical tools are not allowed.

• The 3×3×3m snow blocks will be assigned to the groups by lottery on 1st February at 6pm in San Candido/Innichen

• The works must be completed by Wednesday, 4th February 2026 at 7?pm in San Candido/Innichen. The closing ceremony will take place on the evening of 4th February in San Candido/Innichen.
